Warranty Claim Instructions
You can verify warranty eligibility in any one of these ways:
- Logged-in user: select your product from My Orders / Order History.
- Guest or user: enter your paid TRX ID / payment reference.
- Coupon order: enter the coupon code used for the order.
Important: Account details are optional and only help admin identify the product/account. Warranty eligibility is verified by order history, TRX ID, or coupon code — not by sharing account details only.
